  • The only environmental, liberal arts college in Vermont. It is also related to the United Methodist Church

  • Offers Associate's Degrees in Occupational Studies (A.O.S.) in Culinary Arts, Bachelor of Arts Degrees (B.A.) in Food and Beverage Management, and Certificate Program in Basic Cooking
  • Special features include a low student/faculty ratio (7 to 1) and paid student internships
    The college also operates four very successful restaurants in Montpelier, Burlington, and Essex, where students receive hands-on training in all aspects of restaurant management and food preparation
  • NECI graduates are hired by restaurants and other food service venues in countries throughout the world
